Our black cast iron escutcheons.  These are part of our vintage, old, period, traditional, cottage style keyhole cover and lock cover range

These escutcheon plates  complement our other period old style wrought iron door furniture by providing a traditional looking keyhole plate for your door.

We have a range of these antique style covers in various shapes and sizes.

These traditional keyhole covers are produced in cast iron. They are made in small foundries for us by artisan metal workers. These artisans are chosen by us for their commitment and passion for producing fine work. These covers are replicas of old traditional escutcheon plates and therefore they do not have the modern factory finish that you would buy in a DIY store.

When the items are cast, they are coated with a high quality black epoxy coating. This makes the covers suitable for both internal and external use.
