These hooks are made from wrought iron. Wrought iron is a very ancient way of forging metal. All of these hooks have been made in the traditional way on the anvil. They will show marks of hand forging.

As these hooks are handmade each one of it’s type will be similar but not identical. This gives each hook it’s own individual charm.

Once the hooks are complete they are treated with a coating of beeswax. The beeswax protects the hook and gives it a more even colour. The colour of the hooks will be from black to golden brown.

You will receive the correct amount of black slotted screws to fit each hook.
