Large Wrought Iron Hook
This Fleur de Lys design Large Wrought Iron Hook is the largest in our range of wrought iron hooks, but with a fairly lightweight feel. Making an attractive storage accessory on the back of a door or fixed to a wooden board to make a rack, its rustic appearance would suit period cottages and farmhouses. It could be used in outbuildings and sheds, but as it is not painted, it will overtime shows signs of rust. This will not affect its integrity, but if you prefer a painted hook, it can be rubbed down with wire wool to remove the wax finish and coated with a good quality outdoor paint.
Fitting our Large Wrought Iron Hook
These are surface-mount hooks, so fitting is quite straightforward. If you are fitting to a wall, however, please pay special attention to any water pipes or buried electrical cables.
