Flowerpot holder.  Our own range of completely unique Rustic Merchant branded metal flower-pot holders come in a range of styles and sizes. These hand-made garden or patio accessories comprise a hinged ring that can be folded away when not in use, over the winter period for example. When the ring is folded back down, it will securely hold any plant pot within the 11.2 cm diameter ring. Because of the tapering of the plant pot, it will fit a range of pot sizes provided the base of the pot is less than 11 cm wide and the rim is greater than 11.5cm across.

Hand made in heavy cast iron; these plant potholders are given a light coating of hot black oil so they will weather gradually when fitted outside from black to bronze/rust.  Our potholders make wonderful gifts and can be mounted to any surface, both exterior and interior. Ideal for herbs outside the kitchen window, especially for small gardens or in a flat where outside space is at a premium.

This particular potholder features a decorative geometrically styled backing plate. When folded back against the wall this ring measures 17.6 cm high by 51.3 cm wide, with a depth of 4 cm.

Uses

We have designed our flower-pot holder so that it can be fitted anywhere in your garden, on walls, fences, posts, or fencing rails.  The choice is up to you. If you are using these flower-pot holders beneath a window, you can place the various sizes together to make up the right length of your windowsill and fix the potholder below. Unlike flower boxes, these are great for doing small, seasonal decorative displays. These flower-pot holders are manufactured in heavy cast iron and will give you many years of use.
